The Subcommittee on Energy and Environment will hold a legislative hearing entitled “H.R. 3258, the Drinking Water System Security Act of 2009, and H.R. 2868, the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Act of 2009.” The hearing is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2009, at 10 a.m. in room 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.
