The Energy and Commerce Committee met on Thursday, October 15, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building to consider the following legislation: H.R. 2994, the "Satellite Home Viewer Reauthorization Act",  H.R. 1147, the "Local Community Radio Act of 2009", H.R. 3633, the Public Safety Interoperable Communications Grant Program Extension Act of 2009; and H.R. 3792, the "Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009".

H.R. 2994, the "Satellite Home Viewer Reauthorization Act",  was reported favorably, as amended out of the Committee by voice vote.

H.R. 3633, the "Public Safety Interoperable Communications Grant Program Extension Act of 2009", was reported favorably out of the Committee by voice vote.
